Contact & Bug Reports
Have a bug to report, a hardware compatibility question, or a request for a new microcontroller or OLED driver? We welcome detailed feedback from makers, hardware designers, and developers.
How to Report an Issue
Because graphic issues on monochrome displays are frequently caused by subtle byte-order or hardware address variations, please include the following details with your report:
- Your Hardware Setup: Microcontroller model (e.g. ESP32-WROOM-32, Arduino Uno R3) and OLED display controller (e.g. SSD1306 0.96", SH1106 1.3", SH1107 1.5").
- Graphics Library: Adafruit GFX / Adafruit_SSD1306 / Adafruit_SH110X or U8g2.
- The Exact Symptom: Mirrored image, 2-pixel offset, noisy horizontal banding, or compile error. (Check our OLED Troubleshooting Hub first for quick solutions).
- Input Asset Type: Static PNG, animated GIF, or pasted C array from an older tool like image2cpp.
